Trusted community members who can show up with calm, care, and respect, including veterans, military families, faith leaders, legal professionals, local volunteers, and partner organizations.

Volunteers support community events, share trusted nonpartisan information, connect voters to official resources, and help create a positive environment around civic participation.

Project HALO volunteers do not campaign, interfere with voters, challenge eligibility, or act as security. The role is to support a safe, welcoming, and nonpartisan election environment.
